BhamGames meets every second Sunday of the month.
Join us December 14th from 11:30am until 3:30pm at Stemma Brewing’s Sunnyland location — 508 Carolina Street. All ages and skill levels are welcome, and this event is open to all, not just Sunnyland neighbors.
Bring your favorite board and card games or check out a new one from the dozens hand selected and rules taught by our local game sommelier, Boyan Radakovich.
Meet us under the Sunnyland Elementary playshed for a caroling party. New this year: carol-oke! That’s right - your turn to sing. Join your neighbors for a round of holiday karaoke. We’ll put together a song list with lyrics that you can print in advance or view on your phone. We’ll provide the hot drinks, and you can bring some cookies to share if you’d like!
We’ll also be hosting a decorations swap - bring gently used holiday decor that you’re ready to trade for something new. Also considering bringing a donation for the Sunnyland Free Pantry. Hygiene products, shelf-stable foods, drink mixes, and hand warmers are especially appreciated this time of year.
This free event is open to all ages.
Make a festive centerpiece out of natural materials, with instruction provided by the Garden Spot Nursery team! Join your Sunnyland neighbors for an afternoon of seasonal crafting.
Cost: $20 if you plan to source your materials from Garden Spot’s “greens bar,” or $5 if you’d like to bring your own foraged materials. Please let us know you’re coming, and contact us with any questions.

Join your Sunnyland neighbors and SNA board to clean up our neighborhood, with support from Public Works. We will meet at Sunnyland Park between 10-11am, grab our supplies, and set out on walks through the streets and alleys of Sunnyland, picking up any trash we see.
We will regroup at Sunnyland Park at 12pm. There will be free pizza and drinks, plus prizes for the folks who have picked up the most trash!
This event is all ages, though our available gloves will be adult sizes. Participants must sign a waiver from the City of Bellingham to participate in this event.
SNA is excited to announce a new monthly event, open to our whole Bellingham community. Looking for a fun, low-key way to spend your Sunday? Come hang out at Bham Games, happening on the second Sunday of each month from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Stemma West! We’ll be gathering upstairs in the mezzanine space with a great mix of games ranging from light 20 to 30-minute plays to longer 45 to 90-minute sessions. Whether you’re a seasoned gamer or just curious to try something new, there’s a spot at the table for you.
This is a free, all-ages event brought to you by Sunnyland resident and game designer Bo Radakovich in collaboration with SNA and Stemma Brewing. It's a great chance to meet fellow board game fans, share a drink, and roll some dice in good company. Bring your favorite game to share, or play a new one brought by someone else. Either way, we’d love to have you there. Join us Sunday September 14th for the inaugural board game event.
Bring your snacks, treats, flowers, and thank-you cards to Sunnyland Park around 11:30am on Tuesday, September 9th. The SSC crews serving our neighborhood often take their lunch breaks on that block of Humboldt Street, and we’d like to let them know they’re important members of our community. A couple of years ago, some neighbors put together a surprise event and it really made the crews feel appreciated. Let’s do it again!
If you have items to contribute but can’t make it to the park at that time, email us to arrange earlier drop off. Kid-made art would be especially appreciated.
Join us for our annual neighborhood picnic in Memorial Park. This event will replace our typical August meeting, as we’d rather be outside enjoying Sunnyland’s biggest park with you all!
This year, we’ll provide a hot dog dinner for free (1 per person, while supplies last) and we invite you to bring a dessert to share. Enjoy tons of free activities for all ages and get to know your Sunnyland and Roosevelt neighbors!
