Join us for weekly Hatha Yoga in Sunnyland Park this summer, Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm, starting July 21st. Bring your own mat and water.

Hatha Yoga focuses on breath integration, gentle movement that incorporates active strength and stretching, followed by guided relaxation. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace.
Classes will be taught by Jessie Lu Galbraith, a certified yoga instructor, who combines over twenty years of yoga practice, a lifetime of meditation practice, and a desire to help people find places of comfort and control within their bodies. As a mother, snowboarder, mountain biker, dog walker, art maker, and nice person, Jessie Lu explores yoga to stay active while aging, and reduce anxiety. She began teaching yoga in 2017 and brings a diverse style of somatic hatha flow that is accessible to all bodies, helps build strength, increase mobility, and calms the mind.
